Makes 1 to 1 1/2 quarts
Directions: Place unwrapped ear in paper bag. Fold over end of bag 1" from top. Place bag in center of microwave. Heat on high power for 1.5 to 3.5 minutes. Time will vary with wattage. DO NOT LEAVE MICROWAVE UNATTENDED! STOP MICROWAVE WHEN FAST POPPING SLOWS TO 1-2 SECONDS BETWEEN POPS. CAREFULLY OPEN BAG AS COB IS VERY HOT. Some kernels may not pop due to uneven heat distribution in microwave. Season the loose and attached popcorn kernels as desired. This unique treat is a result of blending the harvesting ways of the past with modern microwave methods. This ear of popcorn was hand-picked the "old-fashioned" way.
